Refund Policy
​Consulting Services
All consulting services provided by Ambrosia & Co. are non-refundable once purchased. Because consulting services involve the reservation of time, preparation, and the delivery of professional expertise, all sales are final. This includes one-on-one consultations, planning sessions, design consultations, and advisory services.​

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your consultation, you may do so with at least 48 hours’ notice. One reschedule is permitted per booking, subject to availability.
​
No Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice will result in forfeiture of the session and no refund will be issued.

Service Delivery
Consulting services are considered delivered once the scheduled session has taken place, regardless of how much time is used during the appointment.

Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of technical failure or circumstances that prevent the service from being delivered as scheduled, Ambrosia & Co. may, at its discretion, offer a reschedule or alternative resolution.If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us prior to booking your consultation.

All services offered by Ambrosia & Co. are delivered remotely. We do not ship physical goods.

How Services Are Delivered
Consulting and planning services are delivered via scheduled video calls (such as Google Meet or Zoom), email communication, and digital documentation, depending on the service booked.

Delivery Timeline
Access to services is confirmed immediately upon successful payment. Scheduled consultations are delivered on the agreed upon date and time selected at booking.

Any follow up materials, if included in your service, are delivered digitally via email within the timeframe communicated during your session.
Access & Confirmation
Upon booking, clients receive an email confirmation with details on how to access their scheduled session. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have access to the required technology and a stable internet connection.

Digital Delivery Issues
If a technical issue on our end prevents the service from being delivered as scheduled, Ambrosia & Co. will offer a reschedule or alternative solution at no additional cost.

No Physical Shipping
Ambrosia & Co. does not sell or ship physical products. As such, shipping fees, delivery tracking, and return shipping do not apply.
