Consultations for bespoke packages are $400 and close on Labor Day. Read below. We offer worldwide wedding planning and design, built for couples who want expert support, elevated style, and full-service guidance from anywhere in the world. Our process is primarily remote, with seamless communication, design presentations, and planning tools that keep everything on track, no matter where you're located. For weddings that require in-person support, we also offer on-site coordination and execution in the week leading up to your event. Most couples work with us for 12 to 24 months and invest between $12,000–$25,000, depending on location, scale, and complexity. CONSULTATION REQUIRED TO BOOK All full-service bookings begin with a required consultation. This is not a quick call, it’s an in-depth creative session to understand your wedding vision, needs, and priorities. What’s included in the $400 consult: – A 90 to 120-minute video call – A 3–4 page custom design presentation (color palettes, moodboards, initial direction, vendor recommendations, and so much more) – Expert insight into budget, logistics, and creative possibilities This session helps us evaluate scope and fit before moving forward with full-service planning. Please note: – Consultations are required to be considered for full-service – The $400 fee is non-refundable and does not apply to future planning costs – Consultations will close after Labor Day
